Sorry to see your weight gain. I don't usually comment on other people's posts, but I thought you could use some support and encouragement. I have been on Fat Secret for about 2 years and have allowed almost 20 lbs. to creep back on a little at a time. This has been disheartening to me but not doing anything will just send me back to where I started. Since I started at 290 lbs., I didn't expect this to be an easy road and, of course, I am sick of losing weight over and over again. I don't have all the answers, but I DO know that YOU CAN DO IT!!!! Just try and if you slip up once in a while, keep going. Weight doesn't just come on overnight. It takes a while to gain it and it will take a while to lose it. Hang in there, ok?

Thank you so much Lolligags for the support! It was a tough winter and I was pretty much immobile, I have restarted my exercise routines and have changed my eating habits. I am with you though, I am sick of losing weight over and over again.
