Much better with my carbs today if I stick with my plan for the rest of the day!:) Will go to the gym today and do a treadmill workout or ride the stationary bike for a change. Reiceived compliments at work regarding my weight loss efforts-so pleased that people are noticing. Easter will be a challenge as always-but just one day in the life of my journey to a healthier me.
