I’m apparently not very good at the picture uploads yet, but I think I outdid my culinary self with this smoothie. It is delicious. I blended 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 6 oz HyVee Lite Vanilla yogurt, 1 cup of frozen blueberries (Walmart), 1 frozen banana, 1/2 cup of ice. Only 120 calories plus whatever the banana and blueberries are; probably about 300 calories all together. You gotta try this. Toodles!
