John's Reboot:

Today is DAY 1 of a 2 week juice reboot. For the next 2 weeks I plan to drink vegetable and fruit juice made from whole plants using my Breville juicer. In the morning I plan to have coffee, almond milk, and tea and my usual complement of daily supplements (omega 3, calcium, iodine, assorted vitamins). No salt, sugar, meat, dairy, processed or solid foods...

In the event I weaken and do eat some solid food, I will do my best to ensure it is whole vegetables or fruit only.

I plan to time my meals to incorporate intermittent fasting. My first juice of the day will be at 3PM and I can drink as much as I want until I go to bed around 11PM. That will approximate a 16 hour fast daily. I'll try to time my exercise near the end of the fasting period to maximize fat burn.

Exercise will be light to moderate (swimming, light jogging, bike riding, hikes, walks with dogs).

GOAL: Break the 200 lb. barrier during the 2 week reboot.
