The weekends are my Achilles heel...Even though I have my long runs or 5K races on the weekends, my eating habits are horrible! I have to work on that.

1 pound weight gain can be so many other things. Weekends are tough since we have more time on our hands and more opportunity to eat. Hang in there!

You are doing great, and like Rugrat said, it could be a number of things. The one thing I have learned from weighing myself is to pee before I weigh or just subtract .4 oz from your weight. Weekends are good for me because, my husband is home and I am out in the yard or garden working nonstop. weekdays suck for me, I guess because I do not work and have a lot of time on my hands. You are Strong, you got this with no worries !!!

Thank you RugratX2 and SherrieC. I am so hard on myself I have to remember that losing weight is a slow and steady process. We are human and we have weaknesses. I just have to rebound and stick to my plan.
You all are great for responding! Keep up your good work as well!
