Well I didn't do good this weekend I have been eating more than I should be. I just felt hungry and I have been drinking a lot of water so I don't know what is going on. I got to work on getting my eating under control. Well I thought that I should eat a little more to slow my weight lost but I talked to the employees at Curve's and right now since I weigh so much it is okay to be dropping 7 lbs per week so starting tomorrow I am back to cutting my calories even though I put my RMI up to 1800 which I went over today so I am going back down cuz I want to get this weight off as quickly as my body lets me.

April 14 - 3770 steps - 1.96 mi - 339.3 cal
April 15 - 3525 steps - 1.83 mi - 317.2

Try more protein. If I eat carbs...and I mean as little as a handful of cereal or a slice of bread...I'm done for! Starving the rest of the day! I've been doing the Primal Blueprint...eat meat, veggies, and minimal fruit (no grains) all week then have one cheat meal on the weekend(dinner so I don't binge the rest of the day). Whatever I'm craving...I get my fix then. All my sugar cravings were gone within a day of skipping grains! And for once, I'm not starving on a diet!!! I feel very satisfied after eating.

Puhpine (FS Buddy) turned me on to protein -- it's the only way to feel full. Use this site <http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/> to help figure out how much you should be eating per meal (I entered my own caloric intake of 1600). I ate pinto beans with breakfast this morning -- It really has helped me!
