It looks like Christmas here today. I'm ready for the weather to stay warm, no more snow! It's going to be kind of crumby all week, luckily the weekend is supposed to be decent for Easter.

I didn't do the best over the weekend. Saturday I ate way over my RDI, due to Olive Garden and Dairy Queen on girls day, but I was pretty active so I don't think it did much damage. But Sunday, I was a bump on a log. It was raining, snowing, and sleeting here, so other than getting groceries and doing some laundry, I snuggled up on the couch with the dogs and did nothing. I did sleep in until 10 on Sunday, which is unheard of for me, and that actually felt pretty good.

This is going to be a hard week for me. I have to work late every day, and we've got a lot going on in the evenings, so there won't be time to workout after work most days. I'm going to try to keep my eating under control and make myself wake up early to get some workouts done. The new pills I take for my stomach make me so tired, so I'm going to try to get to bed early and maybe cut back on the pills for this week. No workout today because I tried to get up at 5 and felt dizzy and nauseated, probably because of the pills and needing more sleep, and I have a meeting after work. Tomorrow I'll try again.

The positives from the weekend: I got some yardwork done, a run in, bought a new spring top and found a dress for a wedding this summer, and I managed to at least have a slight deficit between calories in and out, so hopefully maintained.

Drink at least 70 oz. water
Have at least 80g protein every day
Exercise at least 3 days this week
Stay positive, don't let one week undo the hard work from the past month

It's going to get cold again tomorrow night. ugh. no thanks !!! But soon I'll be complaining about the heat when July and August hit. Hope you feel better and can get used to your pills. I have one prescription I am supposed to take at night but they make my legs tingle and I can't sleep, so the dr said I could take it at lunch with food - that solved the problem.
