Coming off the weekend and had some indulgences over the past few days, so I've decided to join two challenges, working out and recording daily and less than 50 grams of carbs per day. These are the areas I need the most help in so I'm sure that these challenges will help me stay focused. During the challenges I plan on getting on FS on my laptop more, it seems that when I do I do better than always doing FS on my phone, so at least once a day I'll log on. I only have about 35-40lbs left to lose so the next few months through the Summer are crucial!! So I'm ready and if anyone has any questions please let's talk, debate, give advice I'm ready to get to the promise land!!
