Weight went up slightly this morning. Not sure why, but guess it happens. I'll stay the course. Positive thinking! :)

Blood pressure
AM reading: 104 over 58 | PM reading: 104 over 63

Pulse
AM reading: 61 | PM reading: 65

Told my best friend about my blood pressure; she thinks I'm "nonhuman" to have those numbers at my age. LOL I credit the good genes on my Dad's side of the family; they have a great cardiovascular history.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
