Ran 6 miles yesterday. Feet are pretty sore right now. Sunday is usually my rest day, but since next Friday I'll be going out of town for the weekend I need to skip a rest day. So today will be lifting and running again. Probably won't lose any weight today since it's the Super Bowl and I will probably binge a bit with beer :).
