Ate pretty well yesterday and lifted for 1.5 hours and ran a 5k. Today is an off day for lifting but I'm going to jog 6 miles later this afternoon at the gym.
196.6 lb Lost so far: 68.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Imperssive exercise.... I am envious! I did the treadmill and shoveled snow. That small potatoes compared to your activities. Are you losing by dieting or mainly exercise or both?

Thanks! I'm doing both right now. Was mainly running for about 7 months then started adding in weight training. The diet part I've just been trying to keep my protein intake high and drinking a lot of water! Since I have a lot of races coming up my training routine has been pretty crazy: M W F Lifting M W TH F SAT Cardio

Wow - nice work! Lifting for 1.5 hours? In my mind, I'm saying, "how is that possible?". What a calorie burner! I need to run today but not sure if I will get to it. Keep it up and have a great Sunday!

Sundays are so hard to get to the gym, especially when your gym closes at 2PM GRR!
