Was 287.9 yesterday. Ate chocolate at work yesterday. The good news is that I didn't eat desert or snack last night. I got my treadmill yesterday and I walked for half hour. I then fell asleep on the couch which is really ok since it was Friday night. Yeah. Off to a good start.
