I just read when Dad died I went up to 148; that really helps to know that.
I am now at 151 and today
and I'm surprised I didn't notice that. It's been one year and two months since Dad died and last night I got the impression that I am beginning today a vegetarian plan that just feels right. No dairy, no sugar and no salt added to food. A big commitment but I am so worth it. I plan to go back down to 139 and feel really good about this. I just registered what I ate today and it felt good too.
Love this process!
