Joined a gym AGAIN last week. Been hitting the treadmill and other machines for about 30-45 min 3-4 x the last couple weeks. I have so far lost a little more than 10 pounds in two weeks. It is encouraging to see the scale go down. I would very much like to get smaller pants or at least loose a notch in my belt.
I feel I am off to a pretty great start to loose 100+ pounds and get to a healthy weight.
