My legs are so sore from working out yesterday I can barely sit down or get up. I am guessing if I workout again today tomorrow will be worse. I will have to see.

Get on a stationary bike and do an easy spin for 15-20 minutes. It will get the blood flowing and loosen you up a bit.

Work on a different muscle group. like upper body and core muscles today and do some stretching for your legs!! You're doing awesome!! When I was in boot-camp (a very long time ago) we got reminded a lot to work a different group of muscles and to stretch the sore ones, also "no pain, no gain" was shouted at us a lot!! I doubt there is a lot of truth to that, but I have learned that to grow and train muscles, you have to tear them down to build them up! Keep up the good work!!
