Finally my bender of 5kg of beef is gone... Weight is pouring off me like water, and I'm stuffed all the time... it's hard to get enough protein to mitigate muscle loss.
213.6 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
