Had a visit to see Laura the NP yestarday and i am weening of my BP mediccation. I am happy about that however, my anxiety is increasing. So i am starting hte DASH diet and walking 30 mins a day. So i will check back in one month...hoping for 256...fingers crossed.
266.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
