Notice if your clothes are feeling more loose! Many times on low carb, you experience fat loss but don't always see the scale move a lot. This might be a good time to kick up the exercise (if you are able). You might also track your food (if you don't already) to see if you are eating too many calories or too much sodium. Are you drinking water? (Important on low carb). Getting enough veggies?
