new start!
ok got over my despondency over no weight loss. Will cut out bacon and sweetener and drink 3 litres of water per day . I will also ensure 15 mins of air walker at least per day and see if there is any difference.

First week weigh in!
That's fantastic - well done I haven't lost anything but maybe counting calories the way to go. I have low carbs but no weight loss. Keep up the good work Brilliant!!!!!

no weight loss on induction
This is my diet calender for the 1st week induction low carbs everyday and no weight loss PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Atkins Induction
What is happening I'm back to the beginning at day 7???!!! My carbs are low but I'm just not losing. This is very disheartening. If anyone has any recommendations I would be happy to hear them.ThanksSad
