Well I know why I am gaining weight and not losing any...

I have a Hypo Active Thyroid. So that means it's harder for me to lose weight.
212.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 102.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I too have hypo-thyroid. You still can lose. I am on medication for it. I'm doing low carb, high fat plus intermittent fasting. I've dropped over 30 lbs so far. I have 88 more to go. Don't lose heart you can do it!
