TOM is here and the migraines, aches, pains, and overall sick feeling are very frustrating! Didn't really have this problem until about 6 months ago. Now a couple days before and the first day of I feel horrible. It's hell getting old!

However, the sun is shining and it looks so nice out. Hoping to get a walk in at lunch today!

I'm undecided on this. . . .My MIL is putting together a team for the next session of Lose 2 Win at the hospital. Hubby and I did this a year ago with a different team that flaked on us, we finished in the top 10 rest of team did not. I know my MIL will be dedicated to this, I think hubby is going to do it. . .I can't decide if I will. I think it will hold me accountable, especially with us doing it together. I guess my fear or drawback is that when the session is over I will do what I did last time, which was eat every bad thing I had been denying myself and gain 7 lbs back in 3 weeks after I had lost 17. I really need my mindset to be that this is a life change forever, not just during the session. Maybe I should do a cheat day every week or 2 rather than no cheat days at all? Or not really cheat days, but if you have a high calorie lunch have a salad for supper or vise versa. This needs to be a life change, not a diet! (I wanted to put that in all caps and yell it at myself :)

Have a good one!

Maybe if you do the challenge it can be the start of the life change. Don't crash diet, just do better and try to get more exercise in and after the challenge you'll be ready for the real challenge, life. Having my hubby on board and wanting to eat healthy and exercise has made things a lot easier, so hopefully it will help you too. Good luck!!
