I don't have a scale, so my current weight is just a guess. I asked my mom to buy me one, so hopefully she will follow through with that. Last time I was weighed I was near the 400 pound zone, but hopefully I still haven't crossed into that yet. Right now barely any of my clothes fit me and the ones that do are fairly tight. It's funny how I thought I was disgusting when I was a size 15, just look at me now. I would give anything to be a size 15 again. It's hard to find time for exercise when you're constantly studying for school, but even working out just a little bit will do good for me. Even if I don't have much time for exercise I am still trying to eat significantly less than I normally do.

Thank you for the words of encouragement. I'm a single Mom of 2 and sometimes I just don't have enough time or energy to do the things I used to love doing (dancing & sports). I'm determined to reach my goal before my daughter's 5th birthday though, so I better get a move on and start turing up that radio :) Thanks again!

Thatk you for your words on my journal. Every little thing you do is important, even if it's only a few minutes they all add-up at the end! just make it part of your daily routine, like studying or brushing your teeth! You Can Do It!
