The first week is almost over for the challenge "sodium is your enemy" and it is great to see people really finding out about that hidden sodium that is in almost everything! I am also continuing my 5:2 fast this will be week three starting Tuesday. it took a while to start losing the last time I did this fast, and so I am noticing the scale moving down. The last time I had sodium weight to loose, this time all the extra water is gone. The weight loss is suppose to be around a 1 or 2 pounds a week after your body gets used to the fast. 1 pound a week is fine with me, it will be 33 weeks to get to the weight I should be.
