Not much to say. Happy the scale did't go up. I let myself have a cheddar cheese bagel twist at dunkin' donuts for a birthday treat yesterday, then found out it has 57 net carbs in one of those. Geesh, it would be better to have a donut carb-wise! Anyway...starving this morning. Only had 2 eggs so I put an extra slice of ham & cheese in to split with my daugher.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
