Today will be day 5 of Juice fast. all home juiced veges & fruits. mostly veges. I'll try to carry it through the weekend and into next week. If I choose to indulge this weekend I'll pick back up on Monday for 5 more days.
200.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
