looks like all the water weight and excess things in my system are out i do feel much light (in a matter of speaking) lol... lets see what the next few days hold... not an ice cold dos xx!! :-( ugh but all worth it in the end... again!
270.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 120.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
