I plan on limiting the quanitity of food intake and the increase of water intake plus I'm starting on a low scale regime of exercise.

I am on a higher stress level today so I'm going to try harder not to use bad food as my excape.

Ok today is a little better but I'm still hung up on the salt items and pepsi. I know it's gonna get better - just gotta keep climbing.
