I'm really happy that I'm losing but I feel like I'm not working hard enough for what should happen. I have to find another substitution for the salty foods. I've been really good about staying away from the cookies and cakes but man the salt is trying to do me in. Urggg! I know that it will come around and I'm sooo looking forward to being who I want to be and haven't been for YEARS!!!

Today is another day - I am trying very hard to limit the amount I eat rather than cut out things I like to eat. I've decided to go with a Diet Coke instead of Pepsi and said no to a cupcake earlier today. I have to do this if for no other reason then for me.

I plan on limiting the quanitity of food intake and the increase of water intake plus I'm starting on a low scale regime of exercise.
I am on a higher stress level today so I'm going to try harder not to use bad food as my excape.
