Well my daughter isn't able to do the cabbage soup diet, she gets headaches and has no energy ... and at 17 she NEEDS energy. Our metabolisms are totally different from one another, I am fine on this diet. I could stay on it for a long time if the soup were a little more yummy. Really I'd prefer it without the cabbage! But there is no science in this diet anyway. I haven't seen anything that says what the benefit of the cabbage soup is over any other vegetable soup. Ha! ha! But might as well stick with the plan ...
Finally dropped a little weight after 3 days of dieting. The "promise" is 10lbs. I would be very surprised if my body would give up that much in 7 days.
Tomorrow is the hard day of the diet. Tomatoes. I just seldom eat tomatoes by themselves. We'll see how I do. :)
