So, I've signed up to try the six-week "Zero Belly Diet" from the "Eat This/Not That" dude. Had to send in horrible front and side view photos of my flab; I was appalled at my appearance, to say the least. The diet starts this Sunday and it's pretty restrictive. Dairy and wheat are no-no's, as you're not only addressing fat but digestive bloating as well. (How will I ever live without CHEESE?!?) If anyone else wants to try it, here's the link to the plan: Zero Belly DietWish me luck!

Good luck! I'm missing cheese a lot. I love a strong Cheddar cheese, was going to treat myself on Sunday to a slice of Cheese on toast - I'd much rather eat that, than a big traditional Sunday dinner.

Hi and thanks Joe! I've decided not to follow the Zero Belly Diet as they are presenting it. Dairy has actually been shown to reduce belly fat, so I'm taking that to heart. :) I'm limiting carbs, mostly, and seeing pretty good results.
