I went twice in one day! Woohoo. I'm totally down for the two-a-days. I kind of have a rumbly in my tummy still although that might be from the Wii Fit workout and the jalapenos I put in my homemade chili.
Its funny. I've made some pretty weird progress. I thought I wanted just the weight loss so I can get back to running, but I've gained portion control, semi-regulated digestion, increased water intake, appetite control, and healthy food alternatives.
I can't say that its hard. Its frustrating not to wake up skinny. Its frustrating to know that this will take time. But its not hard. It just takes a conscious effort.
