I think I just got excited seeing that 170 number on the scale two days in a row and figured since it has been there two days in a row it must be more than fluctuations in daily weight, but I guess it was and I should've waited. Now, my weight looks like it went up but that's not the case.
171.9 lb Lost so far: 36.1 lb.    Still to go: 1.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
