21 pounds gone. Wow!

I have done this 31 days straight. I wish I didnt gain all that weight back from the first time I lost weight, but I can't look at that now. All I can do is move forward. Whats done is done. I obviously didnt learn my lesson before and needed to relearn it. This time I am praying it sticks and know that I can do it.

Over the last month I have continued to read my Bible and pray more. I read the book Made to Crave. I took out junk food and crap sugar. I stopped eating after 7pm. I went through awful withdrawl symptoms. I was temped over and over again. I learned how much certain foods have control of me and that is not good. I know which foods I can never touch again due to their control. I am learning more about things from the Bible.

All in all it has been a great month. Sure I still have the nay sayers. The ones who say I should never give up a food for life even a junk food full of empty calories that makes my stomach hurt. The ones who say you are losing too fast!!! The ones that say you are working to hard and exercising too much (an hour at most a day) and need to take a break for awhile. Others who say that I only have one life so why not eat what ever I want and be happy. I realize now that satan will use anything and anyone to make me go back to overeating being depressed and held in bondage never reading my Bible. I am glad I recognize this.

I will not be able to please everyone and thats ok. I know that I am not suppose to be of this world. My prayer is that in 31 days from now I can be fit and healthy reading my Bible and exercising daily, holding true to my principles and working hard and living a Christ lead life.

Be blessed

Wow!! What a loss!!! I wish my re-gain would come off as quickly as yours!! Oooh. Did that sound like jealously? LOL!! Face it, I am!! I have hovered in the same weight range for what seems like forever!! We just do what we need to do ... some weight falls off faster than other. I'm so happy for you!!

Awesome results. Stay true to God's plan for your life and don't concern yourself with the opinions of others. You are being delivered and set free from this bondage of sin and shame. Whooo hoooooooo!!!!
