The Love of Fit's Journal, 31 March 2014

Not sure why, but I got on the scale early this week and it read 1lb down. I'm not sure if this is water weight but it means if I work hard at the gym and in the kitchen I can keep heading that way! Much better today too...

930 - Body Combat
1100 - Banana
200 - PB Banana Sandwich and a Mango
500 - Penne Progresso Soup, Oats and Honey Bar and Strawberry Banana Greek Yogurt
1100 - 3 strawberries with whipped cream and a chocolate banana dole pack

Total: 1327

135.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

That's fantastic! Excellent that you go to the gym everyday I read it in your journals goon on you! 1 pound down is a success even if some of it were water weight atleast it's gone now! Keep it up you are definitely on the right track!

You will definitely reach your goal if you are consistent! A little adjustment here, a little adjustment there and you'll get there, believe me. It may take time but the most important is you are on your way there :)

Whenever exercise is becoming too much of a stress, don't stop. Just do lighter exercise. The most important is to be consistent! :)

Exercising and getting fitter will increase your metabolic rate but it is not a good way to try and loose weight. What you eat is most important and you seem to be doing very well in that department. Keep it up you are winning!!

I agree with the "what you eat is more important" part but I don't agree with the rest ;) You also burn calories while exercising. It really is a huge help in losing weight in my opinion.
