Missed Plyo this morning, but going to do it in just a little while. I'll update the journal to make sure I did it :)
Ok, I did Plyo. Really brought it and was able to keep up with them in as good of form as I could muster. Even did both full minutes of Hot Foot. Wasn't able to last time. Took a while for my HR to drop back under 100, but felt good.

Did the above body fat test online. Age - 29 Weight - 235 lb Waist - 44" Hips - 41" Forearm - 12" Wrist - 7"
Results: 21.5% BF - 184.5 lb Lean / 50.5 lb Fat
The site says the results are pretty accurate, but can vary +/- 2%. So 19.5% - 23.5% is still lower than my home scale is recording.

Still to go: 45.4 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
