So I put that I am following this raw diet 100% but Im really not. The only thing I am taking into my body that is not raw is my coffee and creamer first thing in the am. But other than that I am 100%. I feel really look. Im averaging about 3 pound weightloss a week. It is a very slow process but I am very focused on reaching my goal.

This is what I have been eating lately.
Morning breakfast:
Blueberries
Bananas
Buckwheat grouts
vanilla almond milk

Lunch:
Salad with raw cashews, raw pumpkin seeds and a homemade vinaigrette

Dinner:
fruit smoothie


I feel satisfied. Once I get closer to my goal weight I want to experiment more with different recipes.

157.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.8 lb a week

Who could fault you for coffee in the morning, though I heard it's bad for you so I quit. The four shots of espresso in the morning work just fine for me instead. ;)
