It has been a few days since my last entry. It was Mom birthday and what a great day that was. We as a family had the opportunity to celebrate with her and she was so surprise. Eatting this weekend was so crazy, miss a few meals but maintain with protein. Alot of bad Carbs. will do better. Chest hurt from something, but still need to exercise.
