I haven't been on here in 3 months :(
I am now engaged and planning my wedding, which is ~ 6 months away.
I would like to get as close to my goal weight as possible by my wedding day.

I have decided to try a new approach. I know it can work. Frozen meals because they are the perfect portion size... one for lunch, one for dinner.... breakfast will still be my normal toast and coffee. The rest of the day I can only have water and herbal tea/ green tea and fruit and veggies.... salad with basalmic vinegar. If I need extra calories I will add olive oil to my salad... no more bread with meals, no more dessert, no more alcohol... I have to be strict.

My fiance and I are having a contest... he is trying to gain weight (we hate him) and I am trying to lose. whoever gets closest each week to his/her goal WINS... The LOSER has to do all the kitchen cleaning for the week and the WINNER gets to pick the movie on our weekly movie night.

I am really competitive so I think this may also motivate me... and I am usually the one who does all the kitchen cleaning so it would be nice to have a break!!

I know I can do this....

Congratulations on the wedding!be careful with the frozen dinners they have so much added salt and bad stuff that they might not be all that good for you, how about cooking some meals one time when your not hungry and then freezing them in portion sizes easy to heat up when your hungry. good luck with the contest im sure you can win :) x

yes, I did only to get used to what a portion size should be and supplemented with tons of water and fruit and veg, but now I am strating to make food and freeze it in individual portions. Thanks for stopping by to leave a comment :)
