JUST ROWED FOR 30 MINUTES.....HAD MY HAIRCUT TOO.
TOMORROW I SHOULD WEIGH LESS....GOT LOTS OF HAIR :)

THANKS....I'M NEW TO THIS SHARING...BUT I THOUGHT IF I AM THUTHFUL IT WILL KEEP ME ON MY TOES. I AM EXCITED ABOUT MY NEW ROWING MACHINE :)

I think it helps a lot, because you could interact with very nice people and they can help or advice you on your weight loss journey. A new rowing machine is exciting, enjoy it! It is a great tool for staying fit.:)
