Ok I had a bad food day. But its over now so I need to stop being annoyed about it and enjoy it becuase its in the past. I cooked a big family dinner and it was carb and meat heavy :( I also over indulged in dessert. Sometimes my will power is so strong and sometimes so weak. I'm going to try and wake up early and go for a run tomorrow morning. Hopefully I wont have done too much damage and the scales on Friday will be ok.
