I'm working and trying so hard on curbing my bat habbits and making sure I change my ideas and thoughts about food and not just be on a diet. I'm actually enjoying the healthy options.
Going to have a weigh in on Wednesday an I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I hit my target for this week.
Only we are holding ourselves back ! x

I really hope you hit your target tomorrow and I am doing my weigh in tomorrow too. I am hoping to have dropped the last 3.4 lbs to get me under the 400 lbs mark. I agree that I am the only one who can hold myself back and that is why I am working so hard to hit my first goal and I have my next one set for the end of April and that is to be under 375 lbs. so I will always be looking towards my next goal and staying active.
