VLCD # 21. Today should have been my last day with the drops but I want to get DOWN to my goal (only 2.2 pounds away). So, I am extending it 5 more days. I want to give my body a week to adjust to normal foods before I go out to eat for Valentines Day. This means my last day on the 500 cal diet will be a week from today. Ugh, feeling kinda hungry today. I'm going to try something new. I'm starting to get an addiction to my scale and I'm realizing that it is altering my mood for the whole day. So, what I have decided to do is weigh myself in the morning (to see what my LDW would have been) then don't weigh in again until Friday. Hopefully I will be surprised at the results. Heres hoping!!!!
152.2 lb Lost so far: 68.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

My scale makes me feel EXACTLY the same. Waking up is either the best or worst part of my day.
