timconard's Journal, 24 March 2014

well, i've been walking regularly and am planning on starting a c25k program this week. too cold & miserable tonight, so did my half-hour on the rowing machine instead. hoping for better weather so i can get in 3 outdoor sessions this week.
been exercising more in the past two months than i have at any time in my adult life and am really feeling the results, and not just physically. i wouldn't go so far as to say i really enjoy it (though i do find the rhythm of rowing quite relaxing), but i definitely feel the need to do it and really notice when i don't.
decent day at work, except for the several hours of trying to straighten out the errors of others and figure out wth they were thinking. several very nice patients that left me feeling pleased that i could be a part of helping them.
all in all, another good day.
hope y'all had the same.

more dc than marvel probably. i love the new aquaman series and the bat-family, particularly batwoman and nightwing. marvel-wise, i am a big spidey fan.

He has some spidey too. His collection is heading towards 15000 comics. He is just a little out of control! LOL When it comes to DC he like the alternative stuff more. His coworker is a big batman fan. :-)
