I am starting to feel better. Hopefully this cold will ease up enough by Monday that I will be able to make it thru some cardio. We are getting up at 4 am tomorrow so we can make it to my son's wrestling tournament. I will be jumping and walking all day and have little time to eat so I should burn a lot more calories than I take in. Here's wishing my little wrestler a ton of luck tomorrow!!
