Yesterday i did not do very well eating. It is really hard to behave when it is a whole girl outing and we got to a buffet. although i only had sushi and salad there it was very very hard. Today is a new day and so far so good.

I went out and ate with friends last night too but I watched them eat all that stuff and I saw how thin most of them were so I enjoyed my wonderful salad and said one day that will be me.

oh wow that is awesome. I guess I just need to realize i will not lose this weight overnight and every decision i make now goes towards losing one pound at a time. thanks.
