Stirling007's Journal, 20 March 2014

No weigh in today, just wanted to both brag a little and remind myself to stay on track. Work exploded on Monday when we discovered that stuff we thought had been done months ago, and which needs to be done by tomorrow, was not done. Yesterday was a super emotional day for me for reasons I won't go into. Through it all, I've stayed on track with Atkins. Now, today is day 13 and it is going to be a doozy. I've got to plow through the work stuff, plus a staff meeting at 5:00 and then I have my book club - which is a wonderful group, but very food focused. I think the trick is going to be to pull a southern belle and eat dinner before I go to book club. Then drink sparkling water. They are all good friends, and will be very supportive when I tell them I'm back on Atkins, so that is good.

Tomorrow should be much easier. I just need to plow on through today. And enjoy it at the same time. Okay. On with the day.
