take small steps, i started this journey not being able to walk from my bed to the toilet without excruciating pains... I started with eating more vegetables first, and took it one step at a time from there. I only started to seriously exercise since october last year. I'm not saying to do it my way. im just saying to make your own plan, if the knee doesn't hold, don't worry, because there are other ways to loose weight then walking for miles and miles... Just never quit. Quitting is not an option.
