I was making eggplant parmesan last night which pushed me over my carb limit. I felt guilty and was bumming about it. My boyfriend was having a computer issue that I started helping him with and ended up burning the eggplant!! Spinach it was. I think it was some greater source saying "Oh no you don't." Hahahahahahahahahaha :O)
