Had migraine Tuesday - WEdnesday about 6pm. Today I felt better but dizzy and weak. Overall energy very low but got through the day. I took a short walk but did not go to gym due to migraine and back spasms that occurred Wednesday.

1679 kcal Fat: 72.67g | Prot: 68.87g | Carb: 185.66g.   Breakfast: blackberries, turkey lunchmeat, English Muffin, swiss cheese. Lunch: Crab Cakes, hummus, ritz whole wheat crackers, Green Snap Beans (Drained Solids, Canned). Dinner: stir fry vegetables, long grain white rice, Chicken, crescent roll. Snacks/Other: BeneFit Bars - Peanut Butter. more...
