At my lowest weight since I was in my 30's. Considering that I am suffering a major RA flare up right now and can't exercise, I am extremely happy.

Diet Calendar Entries for 27 January 2011:
1733 kcal Fat: 57.37g | Prot: 90.80g | Carb: 220.89g.   Breakfast: cream, Sweeteners (Splenda Packets, Sucralose), coffee, Sausage Biscuit with Egg (Regular). Lunch: Chicken Noodle Soup. Dinner: 1% Fat Milk, Beef Tip Round (Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat), Whole Wheat Noodles. Snacks/Other: 1% Fat Milk, Puffed Corn and Oat Flour Cereal (Presweetened), Fibre 1 Chewy Bar - Dark Chocolate Chunk. more...
